It's common knowledge that perfectly cooked golden

Thanksgiving Turkey is Red's most favorite Holiday meal.

But wait, there may be some rumbling amongst the ranks and

it's not just from hungry stomachs, so it's time for

another installment of....

FROM RED'S KITCHEN

Daddy B.B. loves Red's turkey, but there are times

when he wants his legs and thighs to have something

'just a little bit different.'

In straightening up the kitchen, Red found this menu from last year.

Along side her delicious turkey breast and gravy is

barbecued turkey thighs. She thinks it is truly awful, but to be fair, she invites

Daddy B.B. into her kitchen to show his stuff.

She's pretty sure nothing will top her perfectly roasted turkey.

Daddy B.B. is really put to the test so he decides to release his secret....

BARBECUE SAUCE

This recipe has been in Daddy B.B.'s family forever and has

been passed down orally from Grill Master to Novice.

Being the type of guy he is Daddy B.B. decides to release

his Secret Recipe.

SECRET RECIPE

He's included his Dry Spice Rub which can be rubbed on turkey thighs, chicken, pork ribs,

fish or whatever. A finishing sauce is brushed on after.

Next is the Whistling' Pig .B.B.Q. Sauce.
